Two Killed in Car Accident on I-75

Two people were killed in a car accident on Monday morning on I-75 in Morrow, Georgia. According to police, a driver struck two people who were attempting to change a tire on the side of I-75 on Monday morning. According to Morrow police, a brother and sister visiting from Texas were struck by a car entering I-75 northbound at the ramp from Jonesboro Road at approximately 11:30 a.m. The two victims were changing a flat tire in the area between the entrance ramp and I-75. One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene. The other was taken by ambulance to Grady Memorial Hospital but later died of his injuries. According to reports, the police investigation is ongoing and charges are expected to be filed against the driver who struck the two victims.
