Glass & Robson Resolves Two Wrongful Death Cases for Policy Limits
Glass & Robson represented two families in separate cases involving the deaths of their loved ones. In both cases, the firm was able to locate additional insurance policies beyond the liability policies held by the at-fault drivers. In one of the cases, the firm also successfully negotiated a substantial discount for the surviving family members of a claimed insurance lien seeking nearly 1/3 of the family’s recovery. While no amount of money will bring back the loss of a loved one, these settlements provided closure to the families and provided them additional financial resources to help cope with their losses.
