Robert F. Glass is recognized as one of the premier plaintiff attorneys in the State of Georgia, the southeast, and throughout the United States. Robert’s work advocating for his clients embodies a combination of compassion, humility, grit, determination, persistence, and commitment. Robert relishes the opportunity to represent good people who have been wronged and need a voice for accountability. Robert prepares every case as if it will be tried to a jury.

Robert has been selected by his fellow attorneys in Georgia as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2011 – 2019) and Super Lawyer (2020 – present) every year since 2011, when he was only a fourth-year attorney. In 2013, Robert was awarded an “AV – Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which is based on reviews from other lawyers for legal talent and ethical considerations. Robert has been honored by multiple other professional honor societies over the years, including The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Top 40 Under 40, America’s High Stakes Litigators and Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys, and Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite.

Robert was elected to U.S. News & World Report’s prestigious Best Lawyers in America in 2021 after undergoing an extensive evaluation of his background, practice, credentials, and client input. One of his proudest accomplishments is that he and James Robson have built Glass & Robson, LLC so successfully that it was nominated, selected, and accepted as one of Best Law in America’s “Best Law Firms in America” as a tier-one plaintiff personal injury firm in 2022, a significant honor.

Robert is actively involved in and committed to his profession. He has been an Executive Committee member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association since 2017. Currently, Robert is the chairman of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s Civil Justice Political Action Committee, which is solely committed to protect the right of Georgia citizens to seek accountability for wrongdoing. In 2022, Robert was unanimously nominated and elected as a Barrister in the Clarke-Carley Inn of Court of the University of Georgia School of Law. Also in 2022, Robert was selected to join the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”), which is by invitation only and limited to the highly respected and ethical trial attorneys with at least 10 jury trials as first chair. As of 2024, Robert serves in ABOTA leadership as Secretary for the Georgia ABOTA chapter.

Robert graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he graduated magna cum laude, with distinction in political science. After graduation from Sewanee, Robert completed an 84-day National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) semester on its most grueling semester course in Alaska, an experience and accomplishment he credits to this day for his grit, patience, work ethic, determination, and success.

Robert graduated from Mercer University School of Law in 2007. In law school, Robert was selected to join the Mercer Law Review and the moot court board, where he served as lead oral argument advocate at a national oral advocacy competition in Wilmington, Delaware. In his third year of law school, Robert was one of a few selected to join the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court in Macon, Georgia, as a pupil. He was also elected by the entire student body of the law school to serve as honor court prosecutor.

Robert has many interests outside of work. Robert and his wife have three wonderful children. Robert is also an avid, lifelong outdoorsman. Robert is also an award-winning western big game archery and rifle hunter, having recently completed the North American Wild Sheep Grand Slam, a lifetime accomplishment.
