Two Killed in Car Accident on I-75

Two people were killed in a car accident on Monday morning on I-75 in Morrow, Georgia. According to police, a driver struck two people who were attempting to change a tire on the side of I-75 on Monday morning. According to Morrow police, a brother and sister visiting from Texas were struck by a car entering I-75 northbound at the ramp from Jonesboro Road at approximately 11:30 a.m. The two victims were changing a flat tire in the area between the entrance ramp and I-75.
